Tips from a family wellness chiropractor PDF Print E-mail
Written by Carri Tanaka, DC

In my practice as a family wellness chiropractor I take care of all ages with a special emphasis on children and pregnant women. It was rare to see a mom moving around or giving birth in a position other than flat on her back. I remember feeling scared about childbirth while watching these stories. Women were screaming and uncomfortable. They needed medical interventions, for crying out loud! I remember that feeling of disappointment on other moms’ behalves when I’d hear their doctor say, “I think we need to do a C-section and get this baby out.”
