6th Koala Baby Wearing Club 11:30-12:30 FREE. Join other
baby wearing mamas and share your personal favorites and techniques on
how to wear your baby. This social gathering will focus on the benefits
of wearing your children.
15th Prenatal Yoga 7:30-8:30p.m. Prenatal yoga allows a
woman to prepare her body and mind for labor, delivery and motherhood,
through breath work, relaxation and gentle body exercises. More than
just yoga, all aspects of natural parenting will be included. 3 week
course $48. NO DROP-IN
17th Eco-Beauty 101 & Spa Preview. Learn the basics of
switching over to healthier, greener alternatives in skincare and
makeup. Christy Funk, a professional makeup artist for over 12 years,
can show you to keep your skin glowing and your makeup looking fresh in
just minutes, while teaching you how and why you MUST stop using toxins
on your face and body. After the class enjoy an introduction to all of
our new Eco-Beauty Services!Eco-Beauty 101 is from 10-11a.m. and is
$15. Spa Preview is FREE, 11-2p.m.

with natural beauty based services. Shannon Middleton is our certified
massage therapist, licensed estetician and Rolfing practitioner. You
will find fruit facials, gluten-free facials, body wraps, sugar waxing,
deep-tissue massage and Rolfing sessions. We use only the finest,
non-toxic beauty products in a private, tranquil setting.
19th Eco-Beauty Monday 10-1p.m. $25 prepaid, $15 goes towards
purchase. Sign up for a mini-facial and an eco-beauty makeup
application. We can show you how important it is to take care of your
skin and do makeup in 5 minutes without toxic chemicals! Refreshments
and samples.
24th Groovy Mama Garage Sale 10-2p.m. FREE. We all have
stuff we want to get rid of, so bring it on for our first ever, Groovy
Mama Garage Sale! All Groovy Mama vendors will be hand-selected to
insure that we are reselling QUALITY, recycled mama/baby/family
goodies! Get there early for the best pickuns! Other vendors will be

20th Cloth Diaper Club 11:30-12:30noon, FREE. This club is
for those who are wondering about cloth diapering and those who are
already cloth diapering. Gather with other mamas and learn what their
favorites are tips on easing into cloth, the benefits of cloth and even
trouble shooting techniques. You can swap tips, ideas and even diapers!

This local non-profit offers support and instruction on how to wear your little ones!

28th Lactation Education with Kelly Miller $42
This is a
great class for pregnant women as well as those who need more help with
breast-feeding. Kelly Miller, a La Leche League Leader and
Breast-Feeding Educator will cover everything from latch-on techniques
to trouble shooting questions. Our clients have repeatedly said that
Kelly's class beats ANY hospital class on breast-feeding, so make sure
to reserve your spot. The fee also included a personal follow up with
Kelly after the baby is born.
31st Cloth Diaper Clinic 11-12 noon
$35prepaid, $15 applied towards diaper purchase.
Do
you want to learn how to save up to $2,000, safeguard your baby’s
health and take care of our planet? In this clinic we cover all of the
basics of using cloth. You will learn how many you need, which types
would work best for your family and how to care for diapers. After
touching and feeling all of the guesswork of shopping online will be
gone!

sweet shop, fret no more. Belly Sprout will come to YOU, whether you
love in San Diego or Los Angeles. All you have to do is gather a
minimum of 10 other eco-groovy mamas and we will book the trailer at
your location, bringing the best of Belly Sprout goodies. And in true
Belly Sprout fashion we come prepared to answer any of your questions
whether it’s about natural childbirth or organic cooking basics!
